Cancellation Policy
At Hayati Educates, our culturally responsive curriculum services are designed to provide meaningful, inclusive, and standards-aligned content that reflects the diverse identities of learners. To maintain the integrity of our process and protect both your investment and our creative energy, the following policy applies to all curriculum design services. Session Types & Timing We offer three types of collaborative sessions: Discovery Session (30–45 mins): To understand your goals, themes, grade level, and cultural context. Planning Session (60–75 mins): To co-develop your curriculum scope, standards alignment, and cultural touchpoints. Review & Feedback Session (30–60 mins): To walk through drafts, revisions, and any required updates. Sessions are held Tuesday through Thursday by appointment only. Discovery sessions are complimentary for new clients. Retainer clients receive up to 2 sessions per month, with a max of 6 hours total consulting time. Booking & Cancellations Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per booking with 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund. Deliverables & Timeline Curriculum projects are co-created with care and typically require: 2–3 weeks for lesson bundles (3–5 lessons) 4–6 weeks for full quarter units (8–12 lessons) Revisions are limited to 1 round per deliverable, with clear feedback requested within 5 business days. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Communication & File Delivery All communication occurs via email, client portal, or scheduled Zoom calls. Drafts are delivered as Google Docs or PDFs unless otherwise agreed upon. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days. Creative Ownership & Use You will receive full rights to use the curriculum for your organization or classroom. Hayati Educates retains the right to showcase non-identifiable samples in portfolios unless otherwise requested in writing. Thank you for respecting this policy.
