Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: January 2025

At Hayati Educates, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all individuals, regardless of ability. We strive to ensure that our digital content, educational resources, and services are accessible to the widest possible audience, in accordance with Texas state law, federal accessibility standards, and our core values of educational equity and justice.

Our Commitment

We are actively working to ensure that our website and digital offerings meet or exceed:

  • The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA

  • Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 10, Chapters 206 and 213

  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended

These standards guide how we design and deliver digital materials to support users with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.

Accessibility Features

Our digital platform currently includes:

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation

  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images

  • Responsive mobile and screen-reader–friendly design

  • Clear content hierarchy using semantic HTML headings

  • Simple, readable fonts and high-contrast visual styles

Ongoing Commitment to Improvement

Hayati Educates is continuously assessing our accessibility tools, content, and third-party integrations. We aim to identify and correct barriers as we grow and expand our services.

We are in the process of performing periodic audits and updates to ensure compliance with both WCAG 2.1 standards and Texas DIR guidelines.

Third-Party Content

While we strive to use only accessible third-party platforms and tools, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of services not maintained by Hayati Educates. Users who experience barriers with third-party content should notify us so we can help advocate for resolution.
