Refund Policy

At Hayati Educates, we are committed to providing meaningful educational experiences, resources, and services. Because we offer a range of digital, service-based, and live offerings, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both you and our business.

 

1. General Refund Policy Overview

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. By purchasing from Hayati Educates, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that misuse of refund requests may result in denial of future service.

 

2. Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital content (including eBooks, PDFs, templates, lesson plans, and self-paced courses) are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be granted once access or the download link has been issued.

Exceptions: If you believe there is a technical issue or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of your purchase for support. In rare cases, a replacement or credit may be offered.

 

3. Live Virtual Events, Webinars & Group Classes

  • Refunds are available if the cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the event start time.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • If you miss a live event, you may request access to a replay (if available) or a transfer to a future session, but refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted (typically $5–$15).

 

4. Private Coaching, Educational Consulting, or Mentorship Sessions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the original session.

You may qualify for a partial refund if:

  • You were dissatisfied with the service and can provide reasonable cause

  • You did not complete or use more than 50% of your booked package

 

No refunds will be granted if services have been fully delivered or after the 7-day window has passed.

 

5. Subscription or Recurring Services

If you enroll in a recurring subscription (e.g., ongoing support groups or paid monthly content), you may cancel at any time, but no retroactive refunds will be issued. Cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

 

6. Physical Products (Coming Soon)

When Hayati Educates begins offering physical items, this section will be updated with:

  • Return timeframes (typically within 14–30 days)

  • Return condition requirements (e.g., unused, original packaging)

  • Shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable)

 

7. Unauthorized Charges or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made in error or without your permission, notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full refund within 5–10 business days of the report.

 

8. Legal Disclaimer

Hayati Educates reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.


We are not liable for refunds due to:

  • User error (e.g., purchasing the wrong product)

  • Failure to understand course content or prerequisites

  • Missed deadlines or loss of access due to expired links

All refund decisions are final. By using this site and making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and waive the right to dispute transactions that fall outside its bounds.
